This hunting lease is leased and not available. South of Bangor in La Crosse County lies this all legal game 60 acre hunting lease. From the easement into the property it appeared to me that there was only a small parcel of woods. What I found after walking into the valley was a nice pond, several hidden agricultural fields and much more timber than what I originally thought there was. I liked this property more with each step and found plenty of sign of deer and turkey.

As mentioned, there is an easement road across the first 20 acres of agricultural land that this landowner owns into the back 60 acres. All legal game is yours to hunt. Respectful use of ATV for hunting related activities when weather and ground condition permit is allowed, but is restricted to the logging roads and lanes. Food plots allowed with permission from landowner in regards to where and what. Camping is allowed for hunting related activities with permission from the landowner. Landowner would also like to be contacted prior to each visit to the property. Lastly, landowner does want predators controlled on the property and thus will allow others to do this in the winter months after the end of deer hunting season and prior to spring turkey hunting.
